Dr. Angie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Elementary Education.  She received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2004.  Dr Angie is one of the founders of the Montana Empowerment Center.  The Montana Empowerment Centers mission is to support individuals with disability in Montana by providing educational resources.  She also has been the chair of the Montana State Traumatic Brain Injury Advisory Council for 9 years.  She was a part of the educational component of "Save the Brain" in Flathead County and a part of bringing concussion laws to the state of Montana to protect youth in Montana.

She has a passion to help families achieve greater health and to support families in achieving a wellness lifestyle that can be passed on for generations.  Dr. Angie works on a community level by teaching those in her local community how to create healthier families.

Dr. Angie has had advanced extensive post graduate training in areas of brain injury, neurodevelopmental disorders, pediatrics and pre/postnatal care.  She has firsthand experience with epilepsy and brain injuries.  She promotes and educates good nutrition and works with neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADD/ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, sensory processing disorders, learning disabilities, neuro-immunology, seizures and other pediatric topics.  She is the only chiropractor in the area that has this type of training.

She offers a program in the office that has clinically proven to be very effective for people with neurodevelopmental difficulties.  It is a way to manage and improve their lives without the use of medication, but through chiropractic adjustments, craniosacral/myofascial therapy, good nutrition and primitive and postural reflex integration.  Dr. Angie has dedicated herself to helping children, disabled adults and families.

She practices with her husband Dr. Jesse Wathan.  Together they share a long term vision for what healthy communities can look like.  They have three amazing children, Josie, Justin and Jarret.  Dr. Angie's family fuels her passion and commitment to foster an environment for healthy, connected families to live long and joyful lives.
