Sam Johnson, OTD, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Sam is licensed through the state of Montana Board of Occupational Therapy and the National Board of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). Sam earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Montana State University Bozeman in 2017 and her Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from University of Mary in 2021.
She has experience working in outpatient pediatrics, schools, and with adults in inpatient rehab. She has experience working with a multitude of diagnoses and has a primary interest in primitive reflex integration. She is passionate about improving the quality of life for children and families through creation of a strong foundation of health. She is active in furthering her skill set via continuing education classes to provide quality care to her patients.
Outside of her work, Sam enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and two dogs hiking, camping, fly fishing, skiing, or relaxing on their pontoon.

Shannon Leukuma, PTA
Chiropractor Assistant
Shannon is licensed through the State of Montana Board of Physical Therapy Examiners. Shannon graduated from Flathead Valley Community College with an AAS – Physical Therapist Assistant degree.
She worked in a skilled nursing facility for 3 years before transitioning to outpatient pediatric therapy. Shannon worked the last 3.5 years in a pediatric clinic that specializes in the Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration (MNRI) Method. She is registered as a Core-In-Training with the Svetlana Masgutova Educational Institute and has taken a variety of classes through the institute.
In her free time, Shannon enjoys spending time with family and friends and being outside hiking, biking, paddle boarding and skiing.

Ashley Hammer
Office Manager
Ashley obtained her bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from MSU, but make no mistake she is a Griz fan through and through. With over 6 years experience in the legal world, Ashley enjoys being able to assist others no matter how complex their situation may be. She has a passion for people and lights up with the opportunity to help others. When she’s not working, she enjoys having spontaneous adventures with her friends and family and most importantly, finding a good cup of coffee.

Megan Robinson
Office Administrator/Medical Billing Specialist
Megan is our new Office Administrator and billing coordinator. Megan graduated Salish Kootenai Dental assisting program in 2011, with a dental assistant degree and spent 10 years working in the dental industry. Working her way into office management in 2015. Megan has assisted office transitions from paper to paperless, software changes and updates and even a retirement and ownership transition. Her heart may love dentistry, however her desire to help people is ultimately what drives her work ethic. Megan likes to bake pies and craft jewelry in her free time. She has two daughters with her husband and loves to spend summertime on the lake in their boat, camping in the great outdoors of Montana.

Sherri Sadino, M.Ed.
Neurodevelopment Instructor
Sherri taught at Muldown Elementary School for twenty-six years. She developed individualized programs for each of her students in the areas of math, reading, writing and spelling. She describes her teaching style as patient, reflective and flexible. Each of her classes offered at MT Spine and Neurodevelopment are designed to be interactive and student led, while working on academic, motor and sensory skills. When not teaching, you can find her coaching an all girls high school robotics team or playing with her horses and dogs.
